OCTOBER & NOVEMBER – Hosted by the elementary schools, please ask your teacher for the date of your information night. This evening is for students and their parents to learn about all the great advantages Catholic high schools have to offer.

OCTOBER 13th - This is an interactive workshop to introduce students to life at PHS. Participate in three mini classes taught by our faculty. Math & Media! Health & Animation! Spanish & Athletics! Science & Song! The time is from 9:00 -12:00. Registration available online under Admissions/Forms.

NOVEMBER 4th – Come take a guided tour of our campus and meet the administration, faculty, staff, students and parents of our community. This Sunday afternoon is also our “kick off” for the admissions process. Application packets and financial information will be distributed at this time.  This once a year event is held from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.  
      
DECEMBER & JANUARY - A one day study skills workshop held after school and facilitated by our English and Math teachers to assist 8th grade students in preparing for the high school entrance exam. December 6th from 4:00-6:00 or January 17th from 4:00-6:00. Call Admissions for fee and information.


DECEMBER & JANUARY – Spend the morning with a current freshman and experience classroom    life at PHS. Please call the Admissions Dept. for the dates. Pre-registration is necessary.  


JANUARY 26th  and  FEBRUARY 2nd - 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Plan to arrive at PHS no later than 8:45 a.m. Students testing at Providence High School will be given admission priority.  There are two test dates this year. You will be asked to indicate on your application which date you would prefer to take the exam. Students seeking consideration for a focus program must test at PHS.

MAY 8th – A great way to meet your new classmates and their parents as we celebrate our academic scholarship winners. Festivities and dinner begin at 6:00 PM
