About Us


A maximum of twenty-two members (no less than seven) serve on the Providence High School Board of Regents. This advisory board, which meets on a regular basis, helps guide the academic, social, and financial stability of the school. Members are selected on the basis of skills, background, competence and potential support to Providence High School and the Head of School. Members serve for a period of three years with a maximum normally of three successive terms. Membership is drawn from among current school parents as well as the business, civic and school communities. Duties and responsibilities are carried out through committees designed to provide consultative and actual support to Providence High School and the Head of School.

From the Parent Association Board President

Welcome, Pioneer Parents to our Association!  We sponsor and assist with events throughout the year with the goal of both bringing our parents together and supporting our kids. We have so many fun and community building events planned for the coming year. Get involved with our committees which include: Fundraising, Hospitality, Sports Banquet, Focus Program Chairs, and Grade Representatives. 

Monthly Parent Association (PA) Board meetings are open to all parents and guardians and are held monthly on Wednesday nights from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Employee Lounge. Meetings cover event planning, reports from the administration and committee reports. Join us for the fellowship. It's a great way to find out what's going on in our kids lives during their time at Providence. Please refer to the schedule below for specific dates.

There are many ways to get involved with the Providence community. Please watch the weekly e-blasts for any PA announcements and check-in with Sign-Up Genius for volunteer opportunities. I invite all parents to become involved and to see first hand how special our Providence Pioneer family is. Please feel free to introduce yourself to me and the rest of our fantastic board. We are here to help you navigate your way through our school for the next 4 years and are excited to be of service.
