Cinema Arts

The Cinema Arts Program explores the influence that narrative has in media through a hands-on curriculum that aims to empower students to tell great stories that emotionally impact their audiences. Encompassing all aspects of professional filmmaking, students gain access to media careers through real-life participation in meaningful projects. By senior year, our Pioneer filmmakers are ready to apply to the most prestigious film programs around the country.

Our unique Medical Program exposes students to the myriad career opportunities available in health care industry today. Students learn from professionals currently engaged in those fields and participate in both virtual and in-person field trips and hospital tours. Students in the Medical Program come to understand the practical skills necessary to advance in health care as well as the most pressing needs and questions for future medical professionals.

Peforming Arts

Providence's Performing Arts program engages students in a rigorous curriculum, focusing on both theory and practical application, and as a part of the larger Providence High School community which was founded on the principal of educating the whole human being, benefitting from a rich and robust academic and spiritual environment.

The Technology Program offers a wide variety of experiential learning in four main pathways of technology. This four-year program exposes students to various programming languages, design-thinking frameworks, project management skills, robotics, and culminates in devising marketing for their original products. Ethics and questions of social justice are critical lenses through which all the technical and interpersonal skills are taught throughout all four years.
