Apply to Providence High School

New Student Applications for the 2020-2021 School Year are now live! All applications are required to be submitted through our SchoolMint system using the button below.

Apply to Providence with our online application using the Apply button above starting Monday, September 9, 2019. A non-refundable application fee of $100 must be paid using a credit card.

Please note, the following documents must be uploaded to the application:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate 
  • Copy of Baptismal or Dedication Certificate, if applicable.
  • Upload student photo, a 2" x 3” or 3” x 5” (72 PPI .JPEG)

After submitting an application, a link will be sent to schedule an interview. The interview consists of an 1:1 meeting with a faculty/staff member. Please be sure to submit your application early to secure an interview appointment.

Our application requires two Teacher Recommendation Forms. One each from the student applicant’s the current English and Math teachers.

As part of the application process, a student's official transcripts are required from their current school. Please submit a signed Transcript Request form to your current school so that transcripts may be released to Providence. 

Documents are available in SchoolMint during the application process.

The $100 application fee reserves students a test spot, no additional fees required. The HSPT Exam is on January 11, 2020 and runs from 9:00am - 12:30pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 8:45am the morning of the test.

To complete the financial aid process, the Providence Financial Assistance application and the Schools and Student Services PFS must be completed. All Financial Aid Applications are due online by February, 1, 2020.
