International Students


Providence High School accepts international students who will reside with a documented relative or legal guardian. Upon acceptance into Providence High School, an I-20 can be issued through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The I-20 is a multi-purpose document issued by a government approved, U.S. educational institution certifying that you have been admitted to a full-time study program and that you have demonstrated sufficient financial resources to stay in the U.S.

Registration Fee
The fee is payable on acceptance or renewal and is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee includes the Student Body Fee and Parent Organization Membership.

*Note on Late Registration Fee: Registrations for returning students paid after April 30 will be considered late and will incur a $1,500 Late Registration Fee. This fee applies only to continuing students currently enrolled at Providence High School and does not apply to new incoming 9th‑grade students or transfer students enrolling for the upcoming school year.

Tuition Payment Plans Available

Families may choose the payment schedule that best supports their needs. All plans are managed through Finalsite Enrollment.


Annual

Tuition payable in full through Finalsite Enrollment due on June 1.

semi-Annual

Tuition payable through Finalsite Enrollment in two installments on June 1 and on December 1.

Monthly

Payable through Finalsite Enrollment in 11 equal installments starting June 1 through April 1.

Supplemental Fees

Supplemental fees support the specialized programs, activities, and experiences that enrich a student’s education at Providence beyond tuition. These fees ensure we can continue offering the high‑quality resources, materials, and opportunities that help each student thrive.

Program Enrollment Fees
The $1,000 fee for Medical, Cinema, and Technology will now be added to tuition and paid in installments based on the payment plan the family chooses.

Graduation Fee
This fee is charged to 12th grade students for graduation-related expenses.

Advanced Placement Fees
This fee is due on January 1 through Finalsite Enrollment, for students enrolled in AP Classes. This fee covers the cost of the test by the College Board.

Athletic Fees
The fee applies to each athletic program students compete in as an athlete. This fee is payable through Finalsite Enrollment.

Performing Arts Fee
This fee only applies to students participating in the fall play, spring musical, and high arts finale. This fee is payable through Finalsite Enrollment.

Note to Families of International Students


International Student Registration Fees do not include the following items listed. Families are expected to provide any necessary items needed by the student. 
  • Housing/boarding program 
  • Providence High School does not recommend nor provide housing resources 
  • Athletic fees, busing, extracurricular activities, entertainment or meals with friends 
  • Medical bills/insurance 
  • Cell phones/calling cards 
  • Clothing, personal expenses, etc. 
  • Uniforms need to be purchased by student’s family 
  • Personal tutoring fees 
  • Testing fees 
  • Transcript Evaluations 
  • Transcript Translations, when applicable
