FAMILY commitments
Parent Service Hours

Each family is required to fulfill 25 hours of Parent Service. Involvement in fewer than 25 hours will result in a billing of $20 for each hour less than the requirement.

Read more about the requirement on our Parent Service Hours page under Parents.

Important COVID-19 Update: Normally, each family is required to fulfill 25 service hours by February 15 of each academic year. Considering current circumstances, we are modifying requirements in the following ways. For the 2020-2021 school year, we are reducing the required number of hours so that each family will only need to fulfill 10 hours. We are also extending the deadline by one month to March 15. Read full announcement on our Parent Service Hours page under Parents.

Pioneer
Pledge

As a Providence family, you will be invited to support our programs, scholarships and other needs throughout the year. We do not "require" gifts of any amount, and instead ask that  you consider a one-time gift and/or a multi-year Pioneer Pledge to enhance your student's Providence experience.

Learn more about Pioneer Pledge on our Make A Gift page under Giving.

Tuition Insurance

Providence High School has contracted with Dewar’s Insurance to provide tuition insurance to our families. All families are required to enroll in the program. Information about your new benefits and how the coverage works can be found in the Dewar's Tuition Refund Plan.
