Ms. Michelle Boucher was born and raised in Burbank where she attended St. Finbar from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Ms. Boucher then attended Providence High School where she served as Sports Commissioner her senior year. Upon graduation from Providence, Ms. Boucher considers herself very fortunate to have worked for Coach Paul Sutton as Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Director where he was an outstanding mentor and she was able to assist him with meets for both Track and Cross-Country until his passing. His inspiration and guidance inspired a love of both teaching and coaching as she went on to serve as a Track coach from 1998-2011, again in 2016, and Cross-Country coach from 1999- present day.

Ms. Boucher enjoys being able to work with students both in the classroom and out on the field as both teacher and coach.

Ms. Boucher started her teaching career at Providence in the English and P.E departments while also teaching Health Science when needed. She has since transitioned full time to Visual Arts completing a Design Media certificate from UCSD and adding Graphing Arts to her credential. Ms. Boucher's passion for photography has created opportunities for further education while exploring new places and skills, from wildlife photography to set photography and landscapes, allowing her to bring back that new knowledge and enthusiasm to the classroom.

Ms. Boucher enjoys spending time with her family. Her brother, also a graduate of Providence, got her very first camera for her. Ms. Boucher enjoys both photography and traveling and has visited Kenya, Rwanda, Guatemala, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Europe. A highlight for her was completing two mountain gorilla treks in Rwanda which inspired a love of hiking and wildlife photography.
