Meet Our New Dean of Student Life: Greg Kaczynski, MS, MFT

Providence High School is excited to announce our new Dean of Student Life, Greg Kaczynski, MS, MFT. Greg joins the Providence community this fall with over two decades in education, partnering with students and families, shaping community culture, and supporting students to thrive academically and socio-emotionally. In his most recent role, Greg served as the Dean of Student Life & Community Events at Bridges Academy in Studio City since 2012. In addition to his leadership experience, he brings a strong background in the classroom, having served as at Bridges as a Science Assistant Teacher before later teaching theatre and scriptwriting.

In addition to his extensive experience in education, Greg brings a unique perspective to this role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, having earned his degree from California State University, Northridge. As Providence continues to strengthen a culture where students can flourish academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, we sought a leader who combines deep educational experience with a genuine commitment to student wellbeing. Greg's background as both an educational leader and licensed therapist uniquely positions him to support students, partner with families, and help cultivate the caring, connected community we aspire to be.

The Dean of Student Life plays a vital role in shaping the student experience at Providence. This role helps ensure that every student is known, supported, challenged, and connected to our community's values. From student wellbeing and belonging to leadership development and community culture, the Dean of Student Life helps bring our mission to life each day. 

Student life is where school culture becomes tangible in relationships, traditions, leadership opportunities, daily interactions, and the sense of belonging students experience each day.
