Armenian Genocide Prayer Service

Thank you to Providence HYE for hosting a memorial service to honor the victims and survivors of the Armenian Genocide. The service served as a commitment to education and awareness, ensuring that this history was neither forgotten nor denied, and recognizing its lasting impact on Armenian families around the world, including many within our own Providence community. As a Catholic school, we stood firmly for human dignity, truth, and justice. By remembering the Armenian Genocide, we rejected hatred and indifference and reaffirmed our responsibility to stand against all forms of injustice. We also remembered so that history would not be repeated. In learning from the past, we committed ourselves to preventing future atrocities and standing with all who faced persecution and violence.
