Accountability

  • Students are expected to adhere to the dress code every school day—there are no “free dress” days.
  • Parents and guardians are integral partners, and we expect that they will work with their students to keep them accountable to the dress code.
  • Consequences for violating the dress code:
    • Student will receive a referral
    • If a student is wearing an unapproved top, they will either...
      • ...be directed to the Campus Store to obtain a replacement for which they will be charged.
      • ...need a parent/guardian or family member to drop off an approved top.
      • ...be sent home.
    • If a student is wearing pants or footwear that do not adhere to the dress code, they will either...
      • ...borrow what is available in the Campus Store “loaner” stock.
      • ...need a parent/guardian or family member to drop off apparel that is allowed within the dress code.
      • ...be sent home.

The Providence High School reserves the right to adjust this policy.
(e.g. field trips, dances, free dress days, Mass days, Pioneer Day, Theme Day, etc.).
