To ensure your support aligns with our full athletic calendar, sponsorships are renewed annually. Sponsorship term begins at the time of commitment and continues through the end of our fiscal year on June 30 annually.
This structure gives sponsors consistent visibility across all sports seasons, events, and outreach efforts—maximizing your impact and connection with our school community.
Tax Deductibility Statement
Providence High School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, operating under the Tax ID number 51-0216589. Sponsorship contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, less the fair market value of any goods or services received. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your sponsorship.

Providence High School accepts Athletic Sponsorships in two ways—online or by mail.

Our fastest processing option—complete your sponsorship form and payment digitally using a credit card through our online Athletics Sponsorship page.
mail-in submission
If you prefer to submit your sponsorship by mail, please return your completed sponsorship form along with one of the following:
- A check made payable to Providence High School with “Athletics Sponsorship” on the memo line
- Your credit card payment information completed on the form.
