Ways to Give
Inspired by the love of Christ, Mother Emilie Gamelin, foundress of the Sisters of Providence, felt called to serve those in need and people living near her were so grateful for her help that they referred to her work as "Providence." Her legacy lives on at Providence High School.
When you give to Providence High School, you help support the mission of the Sisters of Providence. Every gift counts and it is truly appreciated by the wonderful students who benefit from a stimulating and diverse college-preparatory education. Below are descriptions of the giving opportunities that have been established.

Ways to Support Providence
Providence Fund
Our annual fund campaign benefits our Providence community by giving every student an opportunity to a Providence education regardless of their financial resources. It also supports our inspiring faculty and staff who work so hard to help our students make a positive impact in the world. Make your gift today.
Planned Giving
Making a planned gift is a wonderful way to show your support and appreciation for Providence High School and its mission while accommodating your own personal, financial, estate-planning, and philanthropic goals. With smart planning, you may actually increase the size of your estate and/or reduce the tax burden on your heirs. Just as important, you will know that you have made a meaningful contribution to Providence High School.
Gifts of Stock
Stock donations allow you to make a bigger impact on Providence High School. The gains that you have made in the stock market are generally not taxed when you give them directly to Providence. You can give more without dipping into your everyday funds, and we are able to put the full value of the stock to work for our Pioneers.
We have invested in a secure stock donation tool to make it easier than ever for you to donate your stock directly to Providence. It only takes a few minutes to use and will auto complete your paperwork for you.
If you would prefer to make your donation through your broker, please access our transfer information online to let us know and allow us to thank you for your generosity properly!
IRA Giving
If you are 70 ½ or older, giving from your IRA helps you reduce your taxable income — and for those 72 or older who must take a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD), an IRA gift is a simple way to fulfill the requirement while supporting our Pioneers.
We have invested in a secure IRA donation tool to make it easy to give to Providence directly from your IRA and receive tax benefits. It only takes a few minutes to use and will auto complete your paperwork for you.
