Pioneering Families Recognition
A tradition we have at PHS is our “Pioneering Families” recognition. We recognize families who are celebrating the graduation of their last of at least three children from Providence High School.
Is your graduating senior the last of your children to graduate from PHS and do they have at least two older siblings who also graduated from PHS? If so, please let us know by Friday, April 28, 2023 to be included in the recognition.
For more information, please contact the Executive Assistant to the Head of School.

Uniform Collection & Recycling
Seniors are invited to donate their gently used uniforms on Friday, May 12, in the Student Activity Center Lobby. All new-branded used uniforms collected will be resold at a discounted price during in-person pop-up sales this summer. All old-branded uniforms will be taken to a local textile bank to be recycled and repurposed to make other products.
Please Note: Class of 2025 and Class of 2024 are the last two remaining classes that may wear old-branded uniforms. These two classes will be permitted to wear old-branded uniforms as part of the Dress Code through the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
This timeline adjustment does not impact or extend to the Class of 2026, incoming Class of 2027, or incoming classes to follow.
For more information, please review the Extended Timeline for Uniform Retirement announcement.

Christian Service Hours
All Christian Service hours must be completed and logged in on X2Vol by May 14. This includes the 40 mandatory hours for Senior year as well as any hours not completed in previous years. Parents and guardians can check on student's Christian Service progress in Aeries.
As always, please reach out to our Christian Service Coordinator for help or create custom individualized plans to ease their way and help them complete hours if needed.
