Yes. Certain guidelines apply and those guidelines can be found in the Student-Parent Handbook. If your guest meets the guidelines, complete a guest pass and submit it to the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Students by the announced due date.
Information about clubs can be found on our Clubs, Organizations, & Activities page under Student Life. Additional questions about clubs can be directed to the Dean of Students.
Information about athletic teams can also be found on our Teams page under Athletics. Additional questions about athletics can be directed to the Athletic Director.
Tardy excuses are handled on a case by case basis. Students should see the dean to discuss their circumstances.
Detentions are activities that reinforce the Values of Providence High School. Detentions are a part of the school’s restorative justice model that includes relationship building and service to the school. Detentions are assigned by appointment only and usually take place before school, after school, or during lunch. Detentions involve beautification projects that benefit the school community. Students are encouraged to seek out the Dean of Students for additional information.
