High School Camps & Courses

Providence High School is excited to offer opportunities to advance through academic courses and enrichment camps for incoming and current high school students.

High School Camp & Course offerings for students entering grades 9-8 includes summer academic courses and enrichment camps. In addition, we are excited to offer newly accepted PHS students to attend engaging Bridge courses in Math and English that will set them up for success in their first year as Pioneers.

High School Enrichment Camps are available for our current and incoming high schoolers entering grades 9 - 12. Students interested in developing new skillsets should join us for enrichment camps exploring unique interests.

Film Camp with All American High School Film Festival July 7 - 11

$1,100 (PHS Students)

Film Camp presented by the All American High School Film Festival

July 7 - 11, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Available for students entering grades 9 - 12. 
Fees:

for PHS Students
$1,400 for non-PHS students

Providence High School is thrilled to once again partner with the All-American High School Film Festival to bring two 1-week session Film Camps where students will get to work with the experts to create their own films.

AAHSFF 2024

College Essay Workshop

June 16 - 20, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Available for students entering 12th grade. 
Fees: $200 per student

High school martial arts summer camp is designed for beginners between 9 to 12 grades. These classes teach self-discipline, respect, confidence, focus, self-defense and leadership in a fun and safe environment. The curriculum is based on the principles of Silat, a martial art in South-East Asia. Basic principles of punching, kicking, elbows and sweeps will be covered, as well as sticks. Basic self-defense will also be emphasized.


Martial Arts Workshop

June 23-27, 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm
Available for students entering 9th - 12th Grade.
Fees: $200 per student

Providence will be hosting a College Essay Writing Workshop, providing rising seniors with a chance to work closely with Mrs. Hobbs, Academic & College Counselor, as well as a diverse group of College Admission Representatives. This workshop is designed to help students craft a personal essay that authentically reflects their unique voice and experiences.

Bridge Courses are available for our newest Pioneers entering 9th grade. Students are invited to attend engaging Bridge courses in Math, English, and World Languages that will set them up for success in their first year as Pioneers.
